Marketing Intern
Assist Red e App’s Marketing Director with a variety of go-to-market activities, including:
- Content marketing (blog writing, case studies, email templates, social media, PR)
- Sales campaigns and tracking
- Events coordination
- Competitive analysis
- Partner network outreach
Experience in visual communication and/or digital marketing preferred but not required.
Communicate professionally and clearly in all written and spoken communication; Creative, proactive and intuitive; Detailed-oriented; Interest/experience in technology, productivity applications, enterprise management and communication systems.
Client Engagement Intern
Assist the Client Engagement and Development teams at Red e App with prospecting, client on-boarding, and retention activities, such as:
- Research prospects and clients
- Enter client data into Salesforce, Evernote, and other tracking tools
- Generate reports
- Document client calls and identify key customer insights
Experience in customer service or customer analysis preferred but not required. Basic HTML knowledge is a plus.
Self-starter who is highly-organized and loves technology; Team player with strong problem solving skills; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to organize, analyze, and present information clearly.
