When you hear the word “diet”, what immediately comes to your mind? Is it thoughts of being hungry trying to lose some weight or the latest fad seeking to limit your food intake to that of a caveman?
Whatever your experience, the desire to be healthy and monitor food consumption is a fundamental reality for all humans. And that is a great reason to create a mobile app.
To help us understand how mobile can help you manage and change your weight in a healthy way, we’ve asked Lose It! (iOS | Android) to guest on the next #MobileChat. We’ll of course discuss weight management, but we will also explore how mobile is allowing people a more intentional means of accountability.
For example, does a person who uses Lose It! more during the course of a month see a higher percentage of weight loss? Or, are there any interesting correlations between what food types people log with Lose It! when they first start using the app compared to a few months later.
