Take a peek

[UPDATE: View the Traveling Storify at the bottom of this page for a recap of the live Q&A]

It’s been cold here in Louisville, KY and we are getting a bit of cabin fever. We are longing for some warmth, perhaps a beach, we aren’t picky. With the snow that has been going around, I imagine we aren’t alone in this.

But traveling can be tricky, especially if you have a family. There is choosing a destination, planning, booking tickets, more planning, packing, logistics, picking places to eat, picking places to visit, the list goes on. If you’re the one in charge of organizing it all, it might feel more like project management than a vacation. The good news is that mobile technology can make traveling a lot easier, but there are so many aspects of traveling that you might have to have an arsenal of apps that specialize in different aspects.

To get us ready for spring break, we are going to discuss the best apps for every aspect of traveling on #MobileChat. We will learn things like how to save money on transportation, how to find the best restaurants, and how to manage the logistics of packing all from your phone.

Join us Wednesday, February 4th from 9-10pm ET via #MobileChat on Twitter as we discuss how to use mobile technology to stay stress free while on vacation.
