#MobileChat No. 135 with Greg Pantelic

Constant feedback is one of the fastest ways to improve as an employee. Without feedback, by the time you realize you are not doing what is expected of you, it is probably too late. You have been fired, your employees have become disengaged, or your company is heading in the wrong direction. We are constantly updated in every other aspect of business – reports, emails, and data are all ubiquitous. But when it comes to performance reviews with actionable feedback, you might be lucky to get that annually.

On this weeks #MobileChat, we are going to talk to Greg Pantelic, creator of WIRL, about why that needs to change.  WIRL is a continuous feedback software for performance reviews that allows you to provide feedback to anyone in your organization at any time, or allows you to request feedback if you feel like you are stagnating. In addition to discussing WIRL, we will talk about employee feedback best practices, mistakes HR tech companies make, and tips for investing in HR tech for your company.

Join us Wednesday, May 6th from 9-10pm ET via #MobileChat as we talk about WIRL and building a feedback culture in your company.

Look forward to chatting – Ryson Walden
