Insights to embrace and empower non-desk workers

On September 26, Jonathan Erwin (CEO and founder of Red e App) will be presenting to the attendees of the Illinois Society for Human Resource Management conference. Jonathan will be sharing the insights we gathered during our hourly worker research study with Edison Research.

Hourly workers make up 56.7 percent of the US workforce yet little is known about this foundational segment of our economy. We set out to better understand the interests and behaviors of hourly workers in order to help companies better know the who, what, why and how of the hourly worker.
