So, as a marketing phrase, Red e is just plain fun. Take for instance my blog title, “Just about Red e” – it can mean a lot of different things depending on your inflection. I’m in the bedroom changing, and just about Red e to go out. Or, we are just about Red e – indicating our fanaticism over Red e and all the ways we can use it – it’s what we are all about. Or, in this context – WE ARE ALMOST RED E!
It’s true, our early beta customers are just about to get their first taste of Red e. The iPhone app is almost approved and Red e for consumers to download (disclaimer: almost approved is NOT an official Apple status for you folks submitting apps for approval). The Business Portal is Red e for businesses to login, and the next chapter in customer engagement and service is Red e for lift off.
Business users who have indicated they can’t wait to get Red e are within a stone’s throw of having their own mobile app. And not a mobile app that provides Barney type value, (such as, I love you, you love me – only), but value that says, I love my customers enough to provide them an engagement app that doesn’t lock them in. Yes, that type of value. Value that says, download this free app that you can use with my business, and in fact, with ALL of your favorite businesses. Why? Because I (business) know you (customer) want simplicity, I know you want more control over the conversation and you desire to maintain the privacy of your personal contact information, and you for sure, are demanding the end to intrusive spam and messaging that you are NOT Red e for.
