Red e App 2.0 | New features to match an enhanced app experience

Mobile innovation is what we at Red e App thrive on. Having a customer say, “You know what, it would be great if we could … with Red e App.” We listened and app version 2.0 is the just the beginning of what’s in store from the product team at Red e App.

What’s new in 2.0?

App Layout: New left side navigation makes it easier to find Red e App Messages | Contacts | Groups | Networks.

Individual and Network Profiles: Enhanced ability to personalize your profile with a header image, title, location, web links, and bio. The Network Profiles include similar enhancements.

Network Directory: Based on your network’s setting, you can search for other members of the private network, see their profile, and send them a Red e message. Why is this important? Because not having a company email address shouldn’t keep you from securely and privately connecting with your colleagues.

Sending and receiving individual secure files: “We’d like to use Red e App to send individual Word/Excel/PDF files to medical professionals. They’re always on their mobile device. We can’t use email and standard SMS because it isn’t HIPAA compliant. Can Red e App do that?” Now it can.

A new era of secure, private, and managed mobile content sharing and multi-directional messaging is being forged by the team at Red e App. Have something you’d like to see in the next version? Ask away. We’re listening.
