What is a Sales Admin?

Sales Admin will assist the sales team at Red e App with a variety of tasks associated with prospecting, qualifying leads, customer on-boarding, and retention at Red e App. This in an entry-level role with significant growth opportunity. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Researching prospects for qualification and context
  • Entering lead/customer data into Salesforce, Evernote, and other tracking tools
  • Generating and analyzing reports with sales and marketing data
  • Taking notes during sales calls and identifying key insights
  • Understanding customer information and creating systems to better organize and utilize data for market insights
  • Performing various tasks to assist Account Directors with the day-to-day needs of the sales team
  • Assisting Customer Success Team with various tasks associated with new customer implementations

About you:

  • Self-starter who is highly-organized and loves technology
  • Team player with strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to organize, analyze, and present information clearly
  • Fast learner, proficient in MS Office, and eager to learn new applications
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred but not required
  • Graduate of a 4-year university or equivalent experience
