Talk to leadership.

Tell us what brings you here. We route directly — investor, enterprise buyer, partner, or peer — to the person on the team who can move it forward.

Who you'll hear from

Direct lines into the team.

Inbound from this page routes through one of these two — both based in Louisville, both deeply involved in product, partnerships, and customer outcomes day-to-day.

Justin Rudwell

Chief Operating Officer

Justin leads operations and ecosystem strategy at RedeApp — identifying, assessing, and implementing the moves that strengthen a customer's portfolio of technology and people. His career has spanned government, management, and operational leadership, with a through-line of helping organizations create efficiencies, reduce technical debt, and navigate change. At RedeApp, he's the connective tissue between strategy and execution — and the person enterprise customers most often end up working with on day-one deployments.

Thor Hunter

VP, Strategic Alliances

Thor leads strategic alliances and channel partnerships at RedeApp, working with VARs, MSPs, system integrators, and global consultancies to take the Frontline OS into the enterprise accounts that need it most. He's spent his career uncovering the solution hidden inside operational complexity — and he's clear-eyed about what frontline workers actually need from technology. If you're exploring a partnership, co-sell motion, or a complex multi-region deployment, Thor's your first call.

Hardest questions, answered

What enterprise buyers and alliance leads usually ask first.

Brief, defensible answers. If your question isn't here, send the note — leadership picks it up directly.

Do you support VPC deployment?

Yes. For enterprises with stricter data isolation requirements, RedeApp deploys into a dedicated VPC. The platform is SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA-compliant by default; VPC adds tenant-isolated network boundaries, customer-managed KMS for keys, and private peering into your existing HCM/HRIS estate. Talk to leadership to scope the architecture for your environment.

What's a typical enterprise rollout timeline?

Three phases regardless of partner type: assessment and operating-model design (4–8 weeks), platform deployment and identity reconciliation (8–12 weeks), and agentic workflow rollout in priority business areas (8–16 weeks per wave). A single-site pilot lands in roughly 90 days end-to-end. A multi-site, multi-region rollout depends on partner role — a GSI-led transformation will batch differently from a consultancy-led workshop sequence, an HCM-platform co-rollout, or a VAR/MSP-managed deployment. We scope the cadence with the lead partner in week one.

How do you reconcile identity across IdP, HRIS or other systems?

RedeKey is purpose-built for exactly this. Frontline workers carry employee IDs, badge numbers, clock-in numbers, contractor records, and union-local records that rarely reconcile in the source HRIS. AutoSync ingests from each system and propagates change in real time across the App Hub and MCP connectors. The reconciliation logic is configurable per-customer; we map your specific identifier graph during deployment.

How does the partnership motion work across different partner types?

Four archetypes, each with its own motion. Global System Integrators (GSI) run as true co-sell — joint pipeline, MDF co-investment in executive roundtables and vertical thought leadership, shared reference architectures, and certified delivery teams. Consultancies lead with strategy and operating-model design; RedeApp embeds as the frontline layer in their transformation playbooks. HCM and ERP platforms co-rollout RedeApp as the deskless-workforce extension of their cloud strategy. VARs and MSPs resell and manage the platform inside their existing customer estates. Commercial constructs flex by archetype — start with /enterprise/partners, then talk to alliances for specifics.
