Yes. Go gives you the full core platform — communities, messaging, broadcasts, file hub, search, and base security — at no cost, with no trial clock. Bring your whole team on. If you outgrow it, upgrade to Pro when it makes sense.
How is Pro priced?
Pro is priced based on your team size and the features you need. There's no per-seat surprise bill. We'll quote you a flat number after a 20-minute call where we learn about your org, your tools, and what success looks like. Some usage-based features (advanced analytics, forms, custom API work) have variable fees — we'll break those out clearly.
Can I start on Go and upgrade later?
That's the whole idea. Build your network on Go — invite people, set up communities, start broadcasting, try Shelbe AI. When you're ready for more AI capacity, SSO, advanced analytics, or custom workflows, we'll migrate you to Pro without losing any data or disrupting your team.
How long does it take to get set up?
On Go, you can create a network and invite your first users in under 10 minutes. For Pro, our Customer Success team typically has new orgs fully live — SSO configured, groups synced, workflows set up — within 2 to 4 weeks depending on complexity.
What about security and compliance?
Every plan includes base security (encryption in transit and at rest, audit logs, admin controls). Pro adds enterprise compliance features, mobile identity management, and SSO with Google and Microsoft.
Can Shelbe AI access our documents?
Only the ones you explicitly put in RedeApp's Document Hub. Shelbe grounds its answers in your network's files and web sources — it doesn't train on your data, and it doesn't reach outside what you've approved.
