Agentic · Workflows in production

Five workflows. All in production today.

Not five demos. Not five roadmap commitments. Five named agentic workflows running at named customers today, with documented system integrations and verified outcomes.

This page is the answer to one of the most common questions in enterprise agentic AI conversations: 'show me a workflow that works.' We show five.

Operational workflows

Three in production today.

Each workflow below runs at named customers with documented system integration and outcome telemetry.

  • Shift swap and labor fulfillment

Worker requests swap on phone. Shelbe checks availability, compliance, policy. Agent Hub posts to open shift board, notifies eligible workers, routes acceptance back to schedule of record (Workday, UKG, or ADP). Manager intervenes by exception only. In production at: Hard Rock International, Trilogy Health Services.

  • Maintenance and asset management

Worker reports issue with photo and voice. Shelbe categorizes, prioritizes, routes. Agent Hub opens work order in source system (ServiceNow, Maximo, IBM Watson IoT). Status flows back to requester. In production at: East and Westbrook Construction, Louisville Paving and Construction.

  • Procurement and inventory orchestration

Line worker requests supply. Shelbe checks par level, supplier preferences, budget. Agent Hub places order through ERP procurement workflow (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Receiving auto-acknowledges via QR. In production at: Hard Rock International.

  • Onboarding velocity

New hire receives pre-day-one app access. RedeKey reconciles identity across HCM, badge, clock-in. Shelbe answers pre-arrival questions. Day-one productivity moves from week-3 to day-3. In production at: Trilogy Health Services, Legend Senior Living.

Knowledge workflows

Two in production today.

Knowledge retrieval and policy adherence — the workflows where Shelbe's grounding matters most.

  • Knowledge retrieval at the line

Worker asks a question — about a procedure, a policy, a regulation, a customer-specific protocol. Shelbe answers from grounded customer documents, cited. Worker proceeds with the work. The 4 PM phone call to a supervisor for a policy clarification ends. In production at all RedeApp enterprise customers.

  • Policy acknowledgment with read accountability

Compliance-required policy updates flow to workers. Read accountability tracks who saw what, when. Signed acknowledgments capture explicit consent where regulation requires it. Scout maintains the audit trail. In production at all healthcare and regulated-industry RedeApp customers.

  • Workflow extension

Agent Hub supports custom workflow definitions via per-customer configuration. Most customers add 2-3 industry-specific workflows in the first 12 months post-deployment. Custom workflow development is included in standard professional services. See the methodology →

  • The pipeline

Additional workflows under active development: incident reporting with regulatory routing, expense reporting at the line, certification and credentialing tracking, safety observation with predictive analytics, customer-experience capture at point of service.

Input · Why the data model is the moat

Identity that holds when everything else moves.

Every workflow follows the same architectural pattern: Shelbe extracts the intent and structured data from a conversation, Agent Hub routes to the system of record and applies maker-checker governance, the source system commits the action and returns status. Scout audits the whole chain. The pattern scales: any new workflow follows the same model. See Agent Hub architecture →
