  • Two-way communication

    Corporate advocates initiate and track communications directly from Salesforce; messages are delivered as secure push notifications within the RedeApp application. Frontline response data flows back into Salesforce for engagement attribution.

  • Developer integration

    RedeApp's developer portal (developer.redeapp.com) provides the API surface for Salesforce integrations. Standard REST and webhook patterns; OAuth 2.0 authentication; JWT-based token exchange. The same API surface that powers other enterprise integrations.

  • Identity + provisioning

    SAML 2.0 SSO with any standards-compliant IdP, including Salesforce Identity. Identity reconciliation via RedeKey for frontline-specific identifiers (badge, clock-in, contractor records) that Salesforce doesn't model natively.

  • Use cases in production

    Corporate-advocate-to-frontline messaging. Marketing campaign delivery to deskless workforces. Customer-service-team coordination with frontline operations. Sales-team-to-field-service alignment.
