Platform · Reference Architecture
This is the page your IT architecture review will read first. The canonical reference architecture for RedeApp enterprise deployments — system of record, RedeApp identity-and-communication layer, agentic stack, frontline surface — with named integration points to Workday, ADP, SAP, Oracle, UKG, ServiceNow, and Microsoft.
Enterprise architecture reviews ask one question: 'where does this fit in our existing stack?' This page answers that with a canonical diagram and a named integration plan for each major enterprise platform RedeApp supports.
The four architectural layers
RedeApp's deployment architecture composes four named layers. Each layer has a specific role; each is independently configurable.
Workday, ADP, SAP, Oracle, UKG, ServiceNow — whichever combination you've already deployed. RedeApp does not replace any of these. Authorization Forwarding ensures workflow ownership stays with the source system.
RedeKey identity reconciliation. AutoSync HRIS ingestion. Communities, Engagement, Smart Automation. SOC 2 Type II controls. SAML 2.0 SSO with your enterprise IdP. SCIM 2.0 just-in-time provisioning.
Shelbe sovereign AI co-pilot, grounded in your documents. Agent Hub orchestration plane with maker-checker governance. Secure Surface AI distribution to mobile, tablet, and scanner surfaces.
Native mobile applications on iOS and Android. Web client for desk-equipped workers. Hardware-specific clients for warehouse scanners and line tablets. Identity-aware, governance-aware, agentic-ready.
Input · Why the data model is the moat
Authorization Forwarding via REST + Bearer Token is the standard integration pattern. Workers initiate requests in RedeApp; structured data flows to the system of record; the system of record returns status to RedeApp; the worker sees the closed loop. Source systems retain ownership of workflow logic; RedeApp is the surface and the agentic orchestration. The seven dedicated integration pages document the pattern for each major platform. Input · Why the data model is the moat
Encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). SSO via your enterprise IdP. SCIM 2.0 for user lifecycle. RedeKey for frontline identity reconciliation. Maker-checker on consequential agent actions. Scout audit trail across all four layers. SOC 2 Type II annual audit. HIPAA, GDPR, EU-US DPF compliance. EU AI Act readiness.
