Agentic · Shelbe

Put AI in every frontline hand. Securely.

Shelbe is the secure distribution layer that lets you activate AI for the deskless workforce — grounded in your own documents, permission-aware, cited, and multilingual. Built for the worker holding a phone in a noisy environment, not a knowledge worker at a desk. And where there’s work to do, Shelbe takes it all the way to done.

The frontline has been the AI blind spot.

Knowledge workers got copilots; deskless workers got nothing they could safely use — so they reach for consumer chatbots, and your policies, customer data, and SOPs walk out the door with them.

Shelbe is how the enterprise activates AI on the frontline on purpose: one secure surface, grounded in your documents, governed end to end.

Ask Shelbe

See what each role can ask — and get done.

Pick a role, then ask the way that person would. Every answer is grounded in your own documents and cited — and where there’s real work to do, Shelbe takes it all the way to done.

Viewing as a frontline worker

Try asking…

  • Grounded in your documents

Shelbe answers only from your SOPs, policies, and data — never the open internet.

  • Permission-aware

Each role retrieves only what they’re cleared to see — enforced at retrieval, not hidden in the interface.

  • It takes the action

Where there’s work to do, Shelbe walks the worker to submission and confirms it — executed through Agent Hub with human-in-the-loop.

  • Any role, any language

Frontline, supervisor, or executive — in 24+ languages, with the source citation preserved.

What makes Shelbe different

Four architectural commitments.

Shelbe is not a public chatbot wrapped in your logo. Every commitment below is what makes it safe to put in a frontline worker’s hand.

  • Sovereign grounding

Shelbe is grounded exclusively in customer-provided documents — SOPs, policy manuals, training materials, regulatory documentation. The model will never reference the open internet without human approval first. Every answer carries a citation to the source document.

  • Permission-gated retrieval

Workers can only retrieve from content they're authorized to see. A registered nurse can ask about medication policy; a housekeeper cannot. Permission boundaries are enforced at retrieval time, not just at display.

  • Multilingual native

Shelbe handles 24+ languages natively. Frontline workforces are multilingual; the AI must be too. Translation is round-trip with the source-language citation preserved.

  • Cited on every answer

Every response carries a citation to the exact source document, so a worker — or an auditor — can see where it came from. No unsourced claims, no hallucinated policy. When an answer needs to become an action, Shelbe hands it to Agent Hub.

One System. Two Stakeholders.

One app for the worker. One control plane for IT.

For the worker, it’s one app: instant answers on their phone, in their language, for the policies and SOPs that actually govern their shift. For IT and security, it’s one control plane — every retrieval permission-checked, every answer cited, no training on your data, and a full audit trail in Scout. You put AI in the whole frontline’s hands without giving up governance — the trade most ‘frontline AI’ forces on you.

How Shelbe Works

Private by architecture, not just policy.

Shelbe runs Anthropic Claude via AWS Bedrock with customer-managed KMS keys. Customer documents are vectorized into per-customer private stores. Retrieval is permission-aware, cited, and audited via Scout. Maker-checker workflow orchestration is delegated to Agent Hub. No customer data is used for model training; no cross-customer leakage; full audit trail.

Next step

Solve digital abandonment. Deploy the Frontline OS.

Shelbe answers questions and proposes actions. Agent Hub takes those actions to completion — across Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, and your other systems of record.
