How many times have you been at an event or large gathering and wished you knew at least someone in the room? You could play the cold-intro game and just introduce yourself. Had a bad experience with that? Yeah, me too. You could tweet something like “Hey, anyone at #EventName wanna grab lunch or coffee?” The problem is that it’s still the same cold-intro game. But, the next guest of #MobileChat is working on a way to solve this social awkwardness.
SocialRadar officially launched in the App Store on January 30th. Their mission is to give you real-time information about the people around you. Their app lets you know who is nearby, how you’re connected to them, and what they’ve been up to.
